Today, my insatiable curiosity almost cost me my life—and my wallet!
Picture this: I’m cruising down Judjes Bunglow Road and somewhere near Manasi Circle. a billboard catches my eye.
Unable to resist, I pull over, fling open my car door, and dash into traffic.
Click! I snap a photo just as a car whizzes by, missing me by inches.
Oh, and did I mention the police officer who witnessed my daring feat? Let’s just say my wallet’s a bit lighter now. I received an e-challan for Rs. 1500 for parking a below a no-parking sign board,
But was it worth it? Absolutely! The billboard read:
“If you had a chameleon’s eye to view 360 degrees from 501 feet.”
Intrigued? So was I!
Unable to shake my newfound reptilian fascination, I bee-lined to the British Library.
Lo and behold, chameleons are even cooler than I thought! These little lizards can move each eye independently, giving them nearly 360° vision. Talk about eyes in the back of your head!
