What do great pharma leaders do?
Well first-and-foremost, they get away from their offices and see what’s really going on in the organization.
Great pharma leaders are in constant touch with internal and external customers!
They get out of their air-conditioned offices.
And along with the first-line leaders and the medical representatives, they sweat out in the field.
Why? Because all they hear in their offices is the “yes” chorus, applauses of “how great you are, what a good job you are doing, how the sales numbers are moving skywards!
