From Familiar to Fiercely Independent: Embarking on a New Adventure with “B” (since 1st January 2024)

Ever since the world was turned upside down by the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020, I have had the privilege of being part of an incredible journey with an online training organization. This collaboration was never formalized on paper, but it was built on trust and mutual respect.

No man is truly independent. No woman is truly independent. We are all interdependent. Together, we rose to prominence, and I was honored to be recognized as the Chief Mentor, guiding and supporting many greenhorn brand managers and B-school students through those challenging times.

And in the eyes of the world, I wore two hats, and the other was that as the Chief Mentor at my own company, “The Enablers”.

As the world gradually returned to normalcy, our journey continued with numerous successful physical programs, and I cherished the shared successes and the bonds we formed along the way.

However, as with all journeys, some chapters must come to an end for new ones to begin. I realized that the best times in life happen after you let go of the things (and people) that no longer bring you joy.

After much reflection and consideration, I decided to take a new path. I rebranded my company, formerly known as “The Enablers,” to simply “B.” This change marked a fresh start, and I am excited to focus entirely on B as the Chief Mentor.

While I cherish the memories and the growth B (formerly ‘The Enablers’) and Pharma State Academy achieved together, it September 2023 was the time for me to move forward independently.

I want to emphasize that B stands alone, without any affiliations or connections with other entities or any event management companies.

This decision is driven by my desire to bring my full attention and dedication to B and to continue to inspire, mentor, and enable individuals and organizations in the most impactful way possible.

My friends, mentees, and students, I am immensely grateful for your unwavering support and encouragement throughout this journey. Your trust and belief in me have been the driving force behind every step I take. As I embark on this new chapter, I look forward to your continued support and to sharing many more successes with you.
